Beef & Cheese Bowl With Jalapenos And Sour Cream

As I was writing “beef & cheese bowl” it reminded me of the scene in elf when he says “You smell like beef and cheese, you don’t smell like Santa” and I literally started laughing out loud at the gym.
Beef & cheese bowl with Jalapenos and sour cream
Ingredients:
- 4 oz ground beef
- 1/4 cup cheese sauce
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 2 tbsp Sliced Jalapenos
- 2 slices of Colby jack
- Seasonings of choice
Instructions:
1. Season & cook ground beef on stove. Set aside when done.
2. Cut slices of cheese into 3 pieces each. Salt them. Broil on parchment paper until edges turn light brown. Let cool & harden.
3. Combine all ingredients. Enjoy!

For the seasonings, I used 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp red pepper, 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper, & 1/4 tsp garlic powder.
The cheese sauce was from Walmart and I think the brand is Ragu. It was in the pasta aisle and has 2 net carbs per 1/4 cup.
