    KETO RECIPES: HOT DOGS

    Ingredients:

    • 6 fully cooked hot dogs
    • (they usually come fully cooked)
    • 3/4 Cup Almond Flour
    • 1 1/2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella 
    • 1 egg
    • 1/3 tsp Baking Powder 
    • 2 oz Cream Cheese
    • EBTB seasoning or Sesame Seeds





    Instructions:
    1. Preheat oven to 450°
    2. Put the mozzarella and cream cheese in the microwave for 30 seconds, mix and repeat 1-2 times until it’s melted.
    3. Add in the rest of the ingredients and knead until you form a well-blended dough. If it’s too sticky wet your hands with some water and create a dough ball.
    4. Separate into 6 pieces and coat your fully cooked (cold) hot dogs in the dough. You can either make little snakes and wrap them around or roll out the dough and wrap around.
    5. Sprinkle with your favorite seasoning, I like TJ’s everything bagel seasoning.
    6. Bake for 12-15 min. (Till brown)
    7. Take a bite and thank me later
