Peanut butter fudge

Before we get to the recipe, let’s debate: do you prefer crunchy or smooth peanut butter?!! 
I usually like crunchy but all I had when I made this was smooth

If you’ve never made a fat bomb, this is by far the easiest recipe to start with!! You only need four ingredients are there are literally 3 steps lol.

Keto Peanut Butter Fudge


  • 1/4 cup coconut oil (or butter)
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (I used natural crunchy)
  • 8 drops liquid stevia
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional:
  • 1/8 tsp salt 
  • 1/8 tsp imitation banana flavor.


1. Melt coconut oil/butter
2. Mix all ingredients and pour on a parchment-lined dish with high edges so it doesn’t spill over (I used a rectangle Tupperware container lol)
3. Put in freezer for at least 1 hour, and enjoy!.

  • Calories: 306
  • Fat: 30g
  • Protein: 8g
  • Net carbs: 2g
  • Fiber: 3g

I keep mine in the freezer and it stores perfectly without even having to thaw it.
 Do not leave out at room temp or they will melt.
Also, I used great value natural PB which has 2 net carbs per serving, but sometimes the harvest of peanuts will affect the net carbs so when I shop I just check all of the peanut butter and pick the one with lowest net carbs.
