Keto Chicken Carbonara 

Ingredients⁣⁠ of Keto Chicken Carbonara 

  • 2lb chicken breast⁣⁠
  • 2 tbsp olive oil ⁣⁠
  • 5 oz pancetta or bacon cooked and crumbled ⁣⁠
  • 3 tbsp peas⁣⁠
  • Half of a yellow onion chopped⁣⁠
  • 3 cloves garlic chopped⁣⁠
  • 1 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream⁣⁠
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese⁣⁠
  • 1/2 tbsp butter⁣⁠
  • 2 tbsp Italian seasoning⁣⁠
  • 1/2 tbsp red pepper flakes⁠
  • TJ onion salt & garlic powder⁣⁠
  • Salt and pepper⁣⁠

Ingredients for the Keto Chicken Carbonara 

Cut chicken breast into 1-2 inch cubes and season with TJ onion salt, garlic powder, and ground pepper. ⁣⁠Heat olive oil and butter in a large nonstick pan over medium-high heat. ⁠
Cook chicken until golden on each side (about 4-5 minutes per side) and set aside ⁣⁠
Add onions and cook till translucent. Add garlic, cook for 1-2 minutes or until fragrant. ⁣⁠
Add heavy cream and bring to a light boil (stirring continuously till thickened and reduced)⁣⁠
Add in the Parmesan cheese, peas, cooked chicken pancetta/bacon and combine. ⁠
Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt/pepper to taste.
