Ingredients: 


  • 1 cup jicama (sliced into fry shaped pieces)
  • Butter or oil for frying
  • Seasonings of choice.


Instructions: 


  • 1. Slice jicama into fry shaped pieces
  • 2. Boil for 20 minutes (boiling makes them less crunchy)
  • 3. Remove from water, put them in the pan with butter on medium-high until they start to brown. (you can also air fry or deep fry them)
