This bread is almost a no-carb bread as it has only 0.5g net carbs per slice!! Absolutely anyone can make this – no crazy kitchen skills or gadgets required! It has a very great texture & smell!

Seed Bread Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup of Psyllium Husk
  • 1/4 cup Chia Seeds
  • 1/4 cup Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1/4 cup Hemp Seeds 
  • 2 Tbsp Sesame Seed Flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 3 Tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1 Tbsp orange zest
  • 1 1/4 cup Liquid Egg Whites
  • 12 drops Bread flavor 
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk





Instructions on how to make low-carb super seed bread


  • * Preheat oven to 350F (160C)
  • * Mix all dry ingredients in a big bowl
  • * Stir in coconut oil.
  • * Blend in egg whites, almond milk, and bread flavor concentrate, being careful not to over mix.
  • * Will become quite thick. ( take 20 minutes)
  • * Scrape into a loaf pan lined with baking paper.
  • * Place some mixed seeds on top.
  • * Bake for 40-50 minutes.
