Ingredients For The Churro Pancakes -Dulce de Leche Cream-


  • 1. Mix 3 eggs
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 2/3 cup almond flour 
  • 1/4 cup milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour 
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • a dash of cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons of sweetener (or a 1:1 equivalent sweetener to sugar like monk fruit). 




Instructions For The Churro Pancakes -Dulce de Leche Cream-



Let the mix sit for a hot minute.
Heat a pan on low heat and use 1/4 cup to pour the batter onto the pan. Let the batter bubble up before flipping.

Once the pancake is cooked, toss it in a cinnamon/sweetener mixture until both sides are fully coated. 

I used 4 tablespoons of sweetener and 4 shakes of cinnamon.
For the dulce de leche cream cheese frosting, mix 2 tablespoons of whipped cream cheese with 2 tablespoons of your fav sf caramel syrup.
