CHICKEN PAPRIKASH
Guys, this CHICKEN PAPRIKASH dish is fabulous!! Most of you already have the ingredients in the kitchen. It’s super simple, quick and a one-pan wonder. Braised chicken thighs in onions, tomatoes and of course paprika.

Ingredients
- 4 to 6 bone-in chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup of onions sliced
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1/2 cup tomatoes diced
- 1 Tbls smoked paprika
- 1 Tbls sweet paprika
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. In an ovenproof pan, sear the chicken in olive oil on all sides and set aside.
Using the remaining oil from the pan, sauté onions, garlic, paprika’s, tomatoes and chicken broth. Return the chicken to the pan, coat with the sauce and bake for 35 to 45 minutes. Once the chicken is cooked, return to the stove to simmer while adding the sour cream and parsley. Check for seasoning before serving. Enjoy!
