All the goodness of pizza without all the carbs! 

Pizza casserole is one of the most simple keto recipes. There are no measurements and no required ingredients. 
All you do is layer your favorite pizza toppings in an oven-safe dish and bake until melted and bubbly! 
I prefer white sauce pizza, so here is what I made 


Ingredients

Start with:
diced zucchini

  • Happy Hour parmesan garlic sauce (Walmart)
  • cooked chicken, diced
  • salad tomatoes, sliced
  • shredded mozzarella
  • dollops of ricotta
  • bacon crumbles 


Bake at 425° for 15-20 minutes


Garlic Bread Chaffles:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp McCormick Salad Supreme



Instructions

Mix all together. Cook in-dash mini waffle iron for 4 minutes each. Makes 4 chaffles. 
Top with butter, garlic powder, and grated parmesan cheese while still hot
