  • 8 oz ground chicken
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
  • 2 slices bacon crumbled
  • 3 tbsp sliced jalapeƱos
  • 2 tbsp sugar-free bbq
  • Seasonings of choice


1. Preheat oven to 400F. Mix ground chicken & mozzarella with seasonings.
2. Flatten on a parchment-lined baking sheet and shape into 1/2 inch thick pizza crust.
3. Bake for 17 minutes, take out, add toppings and put back in for 10 more minutes!
