Cardamom Pistachio Cheesecake Squares. (No-bake)


I bring to you a unique, festive cheesecake that is truly Indian in flavor. These sugar-free, low carb Cardamom Pistachio Cheesecake Squares tastes like traditional Indian dessert with warm, intensely aromatic flavors of cardamom and delicate nutty pistachios, making it a perfect keto Diwali dessert!



Ingredients:


  • 16 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup low carb sweetener of your choice
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder/crushed green cardamom
  • 1/4 cup crushed pistachios.

Instructions:


  1. Wisk softened cream cheese and sweetener together. 
  2. Add sour cream and cardamom and whisk again. 
  3. Sprinkle pistachios and let it set in the refrigerator for 2 hrs. 
  4. Cut into squares, garnish with more crushed pistachios and serve.



Makes 12 - 16
