Keto Cheese Beef Burrito

Colby jack shredded cheese
- 1.5lb ground beef
- .5lb ground Italian sausage
- 3 tbsp flavor god Taco Tuesday seasoning
- 3/4 cup water
Your fav burrito condiments. Lettuce
- Pico de Gallo
- Guacamole
- Onions
- Salsa
- Whatever you like

Instructions:
Get that cast iron heating up
1) Prepare your Burrito stuffings first. Brown the ground beef and ground sausage. After browned up add the Taco Tuesday seasoning to the 3/4 cup of water and pour over the meat in skillet. Stir it in, let simmer till reduced and thickened a touch .. you'll drain the meat fat before you add the water if you wish, we didn't, more fat.
2) Add a layer of cheese to the bottom of the sprayed skillet and let melt and crisp up about 5 or 6 mins.
3) Slide-out of skillet onto a cutting board, lay a layer of shredded cheese within the center towards the closest end to you, then your other goodies, then the meat.
4) Fold in your sides and roll while tucking in, and voila. A Cheese Beef Burrito.
