What you’ll need to prepare this KETO MONGOLIAN STYLE BEEF?
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs thinly sliced chuck beef
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 slivers of fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp liquid aminos
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp of onion salt
- 1 tbsp Lakanto Golden Sweetener
- 1 bunch of green onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp of avocado oil
instructions:
In a hot skillet add the oil, ginger, garlic, and beef. Cook on high for about 10 mins or until most of the water that comes from cooking the meat, evaporates.
Add the rest of the ingredients and sauté for a couple minutes more.
Serve alone or alongside cauliflower rice.
