    Ingredients⁣⁣⁣


    • 2lb chicken breast⁣⁣⁣
    • 2 tbsp olive oil ⁣⁣⁣
    • 5 oz pancetta or bacon cooked and crumbled ⁣⁣⁣
    • 3 tbsp peas⁣⁣⁣
    • Half of a yellow onion chopped⁣⁣⁣
    • 3 cloves garlic chopped⁣⁣⁣
    • 1 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream⁣⁣⁣
    • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese⁣⁣⁣
    • 1/2 tbsp butter⁣⁣⁣
    • 2 tbsp Italian seasoning⁣⁣⁣
    • 1/2 tbsp red pepper flakes⁣⁣
    • TJ onion salt & garlic powder⁣⁣⁣
    • Salt and pepper⁣⁣⁣

    Instructions:

    1. Cut chicken breast into 1-2 inch cubes and season with TJ onion salt, garlic powder, and ground pepper. ⁣⁣⁣
    2. Heat olive oil and butter in a large non stick pan over medium-high heat. ⁣⁣
    3. Cook chicken until golden on each side (about 4-5 minutes per side) and set aside ⁣⁣⁣
    4. Add onions and cook till translucent. 
    5. Add garlic, cook for 1-2 minutes or until fragrant. ⁣⁣⁣
    6. Add heavy cream and bring to a light boil (stirring continuously till thickened and reduced)⁣⁣⁣
    7. Add in the Parmesan Cheese, peas, cooked chicken pancetta/bacon and combine. ⁣⁣
    8. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt/pepper to taste. ⁣
