    Ingredients -



    • 1 pound ground chicken (I used sweet Italian)
    • 1/2 cup + 2T pasta sauce of choice 
    • 3T Italian seasoning + garlic seasoning 
    • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese (Trader Joe’s)
    • 2 ounces Quattro Formaggio cheese (Trader Joe’s)
    • 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese
    • 3 new gm foods tomato wraps

    Instructions:


    1. Preheat oven 350
    2. Cook your ground chicken sausage till cooked through, add your 1/2 cup sauce, seasoning, & ricotta cheese. 
    3. Combine. In a square casserole dish spread 2T of your sauce, layer your first wrap then top with some meat & cheese, repeat two more times. 
    4. Sprinkle more Italian seasoning on top of you would like.
    5. Bake till cheese is all melty & bubbly.
