These Keto Banana Colada Flapjacks are a good option for Family celebrations. 

These just happen to be coconut, rum and banana caramel flavored for some extra love. It's simple and easy and so delicious.

How to make our Banana Colada Flapjacks

Ingredients 


  • 1/2 cup of (ketoandco) pancake mix
  • 1/4 cup of (ketoandco) banana caramel muffin mix
  •  3 large eggs
  • 2 tbs coconut milk
  • 1 tbs coconut oil
  • 1 tbs shredded coconut
  • 1 tsp equivalent of rum concentrate ( (oooflavors) 


*feel feee to use the real deal  depending on how rad your family is lol


Instructions:

Mix the above and cook on a pan until golden. 
I topped mine with caramel (choczero) syrup chopped walnuts, brown sugar substitute and some leftover cream cheese frosting that I added a little more rum flavor to.
