If you are a fan of quick dinner recipes, these Chicken Broccoli Alfredo recipe it yours. 

Here’s a quick and easy semi-homemade dinner idea!

For making these Keto broccoli Alfredo here’s what you need:

Ingredients :

  • 2lbs of Chicken (I used chicken breast)
  • 1 can of Alfredo sauce (used Ragu) (Not the cleanest ingredients but okay in moderation-homemade is obviously better)
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 2-3 bags of frozen broccoli
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Garlic Salt I used (red mondreal salt) 
  • Pepper
  • Italian seasoning

*Optional :

  • 2 tablespoons of cubed unsalted butter 

Instructions: watch video below 

  1. I used thinly sliced chicken that made in the crockpot earlier that day.
  2.  Then cut them into bite size pieces. You can also use shredded chicken.
  3. Add all ingredients to a large baking dish
  4. Top with mozzarella cheese
  5. Cover with foil and bake at 375 for 30 mins
  6. Cool for 20 mins
  7. Serve & enjoy!
 You can use a mixture of both cauliflower and broccoli, so cauliflower definitely works and it's delicious.
