As someone on a lowcarb- or keto diet, you have most likely already heard of the super quick and easy Cloud-bread (or "oopsies") I have made tons of it in the past but this time I tried to make a sweet version because, the dough is very neutral in taste, you can choose if you like sweet or savory!
I present to you: my sweet Cloud-bread chocolate rolls

Makes: 8 rolls 
How to make our Keto Low-carb Bread

Ingredients:


  • - 3 eggs
  • - 125g cream cheese
  • - 3g baking powder
  • - 4g psyllium husk
  • - some Stevia and vanilla extract to taste
  • - sugar free chocolate chips and sugar free chocolate spread (I used the brand xucker.de from germany)
  • - toppings of your choice, I used frozen berries


Instructions:


  1. - seperate the eggs into two bowls
  2. - beat the egg-white until stiff
  3. - mix the egg yolks with the rest of the ingriedients
  4. - gently fold the egg-white into the egg yolk mix
  5. - put 2 spoons per bread of this mix onto a baking sheet and put them in the oven at 180°C until they have a light golden color
  6. - let them cool down, turn them upside down and put the chocolate spread on top
  7. - roll them together and enjoy warm or cold!
