Keto Sour Cream Chocolate Bread 


Delicious Keto Sour Cream Chocolate Bread. Dessert bread is the perfect meal prep dessert! When ever you get a sweets craving you just cut yourself a slice. You can always top it with what ever you’re feeling at that moment. I used butter and (pbfit.official) for mine!
I forgot to add xanthan gum and used egg whites so it came out very crumbly but I’m certain it would come out perfect with xanthan and regular eggs!


How to make a Keto Sour Cream Chocolate Bread 



Ingredients:


  • - 1/4 Cup Coconut Flour 
  • - 3/4 Cup + 2 Tbsp Almond Flour
  • - 1/2 tsp salt
  • - 1/2 teaspoon  baking powder 
  • - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • - Xanthan Gum (amount suggested on package)
  • - 1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder 
  • - 1 Cup (swervesweetie) 
  • - 1.5 tsp vanilla extract 
  • - 3/4 Cup Sour Cream
  • - 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Cashew Milk
  • - 1/2 tsp vinegar
  • - 2 Eggs
  • - 8 Tbsp Butter
  • - 4 Servings (lilys_sweets_chocolate) Baking Chips

Keto Sour Cream Chocolate Bread



Instructions:

1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2)Mix cashew milk with vinegar and set in fridge (this makes buttermilk)
3) Mix dry ingredients
4) Mix wet ingredients with dry ingredients (minus chocolate chips)
5) Pour batter into greased bread pan.
6) Sprinkle chocolate chips on top of batter.
7) Bake until toothpick comes out clean. (About an hour).

If you cut it into 24 slices, you get 8 gr net carb per slice.
