Bread lovers, I need to share something with you! I just made the most wonderful keto bread with walnuts. For real. It’s perfect. 
You can have them for breakfast with loads of butter and cheese or they are great for using as hamburger bread, making it feel like a regular hamburger. 


Recipe makes 6 rolls
Each roll contains 200 kcal and 2 grams of net carbs. They are 75% fat, 15% protein, and 5 % carbs.

How To Make A Keto Walnuts Breads

Ingredients:


  • 1 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 1/4 cup hot water
  • 2 or 3 egg whites
  • 5 tbsp psyllium husk
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • Herbs of choice for taste


Instructions:


  1. Put the oven on 347F°/175C°
  2. Chop the walnuts and put all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Boil water and let cool a bit. 
  3. Add water and apple cider vinegar to the dry ingredients and mix it all up with your hands. Let the dough cool before you put in the egg whites, otherwise, they will cook. 
  4. Add the egg whites and mix everything with your hands. It gets really smudgy and slimy but keeps going until it turns into a sticky dough. 
  5. Roll them into 6 slices of bread and put in the oven for about 1 hour.
