How to make a Keto Blackened Chicken Alfredo Pasta


INGREDIENTS:

Alfredo sauce:


  • 1/2 stick of salted Kerrygold butter (2 oz)
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp minced garlic if you aren’t a huge garlic lover or a heaping tablespoon if you’re garlic obsessed like me
  • Everything but the bagel seasoning. 




INSTRUCTIONS:


1- Melt butter and add in minced garlic, then add in heavy cream and seasoning. Cook until well mixed. Then add in Parmesan cheese and stir till cheese is fully melted.

2- Tyson blackened tenders were air fried 370° for 8 minutes.

3- Fresh Broccoli was placed in a bowl with a little bit of water. Placed a plate on top and steamed in microwave for 3 minutes.

4- Drain and then chop up.

5- Add Healthy noodles from (Costco), chopped broccoli, sliced chicken and bacon crumbles to hot pan.

6- Mix until well combined with sauce or you can top it on after.
