⁣These Low Carb Cajun lobster tails are coated in garlic butter then broiled to tender perfection. A super simple and easy, yet elegant way to enjoy this Keto lobster in the comfort of your own home.

𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: 𝘙𝘦𝘤𝘪𝘱𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘧𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝟺𝘰𝘻 𝘭𝘰𝘣𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘵𝘢𝘪𝘭𝘴 ⁣

  • Olive or avocado oil⁣
  • 3-4 tsp (Flavorgod) Cajun lovers seasoning⁣
  • 1/2-1 tsp cayenne (optional for extra spice) ⁣
  • 5 Tbsp garlic butter mixture (recipe below) ⁣

𝐆𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐁𝐮𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫: (makes a big batch - I have this in the fridge to use for other dishes)⁣

  • 1 stick (1/2 cup) softened butter ⁣
  • 1 Tbsp (Flavorgod) garlic lovers ⁣
  • 1-2 tsp minced garlic ⁣
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper ⁣
  • 1/4 tsp lemon juice


Wash lobster tail ⁣
Use scissors to cut down the lobster tail⁣
Cut all the way down until the fanned portion⁣
Separate meat from shell and pull up and place meat part on top of shell ⁣
Drizzle a small amount of oil on the meat portion and rub ⁣

Mix Cajun and cayenne together ⁣
Sprinkle on lobster meat and rub all over the top and bottom⁣
Bake at 400 for about 6-8 minutes ⁣
Pull out of oven and add about 1 Tbsp of garlic butter on each lobster tail ⁣

Place in oven and cook for 3-4 minutes on high broil.
