How to make a keto Cauliflower Mac And Cheese


  • -1 teaspoon salt
  • -1 head fresh cauliflower, chopped into small florets
  • -1 cup heavy (whipping) cream
  • -1/3 cup cream cheese
  • -1 cup shredded cheddar 
  • -1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • -1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • -1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper -cooking spray for baking pan


  1. -preheat oven to 400F
  2. -boil the cauliflower for 5 min then put on a paper towel to soak
  3. -to a large skillet over medium heat, add the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Whisk in the cream cheese until smooth. Add the cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and garlic. Whisk until the cheeses melt
  4. -remove the cheese sauce and pour over the cauliflower
  5. -put in the oven for 15-20 min.
