What You'll Need for this Gummy Bears N' Cream 

Ingredients:


  • Two .25 oz packets unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 scoop KeyNutrients collagen (optional)
  • electrolyte powder
  • gummy bear silicone mold and liquid dropper (Amazon)



Instructions:

Whisk together gelatin, collagen, cold water, and heavy cream. 
Add 1-2 scoops flavored electrolyte powder (varies by brand) and heat liquid until dissolved. 
Remove from heat. Using a dropper, fill bear molds. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Pop bears out of mold and store in the fridge until ready to eat.

TIPS:
You can also use a squirt water enhancer like Mio for flavor instead.
For regular gummy bears (instead of "creamy" ) just replace the heavy cream with water.
