I was craving pizza over the weekend so I couldn't wait anymore! The last time I made this was with Tin Slim Foods 0 Net Carb Pizza Crust (which was amazing), but this time I tried it by making my own fathead dough. ⁣

How to make a Keto Delicious White Pizza



Ingredients:

FATHEAD DOUGH⁣


  • ° 1 1/2 Cup Shredded Mozzarella ⁣
  • ° 2 Tbsp Cream Cheese⁣
  • ° 2 Large Eggs Beaten⁣
  • ° 1/2 Cup Coconut Flour, Reserve 1/4⁣


GARLIC BUTTER⁣


  • ° 1/2 Tbsp Garlic - Minced⁣
  • ° 3 tsp Butter⁣
  • ° 1/2 tsp Oregano⁣


PIZZA⁣


  • ° 2.5 Tbsp Ricotta Cheese⁣
  • ° 1 Roma Tomato - 3 Slices⁣
  • ° 1oz Fresh Mozzarella - Sliced⁣
  • ° 2 Tbsp Pesto Alla Genovese⁣
  • ° 2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella ⁣
  • ° Fresh Basil Leaves⁣
  • ° Salt and Pepper to Taste⁣
  • ° 1 Tbsp Olive Oil⁣
  • ° 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes⁣
  • ° Sprinkle of Oregano⁣


Instructions:

• Combine shredded mozzarella and cream cheese in a large bowl. Microwave for 90 seconds, stirring halfway through. Stir again at the end until well incorporated⁣
• Stir in the beaten eggs and coconut flour. Knead with your hands or use rubber spatula until a dough forms. Sprinkle more coconut flour if it's too wet⁣
• Refrigerate dough for 20 - 30 minutes⁣

• Preheat oven to 400°⁣
• Line a sheet of parchment paper onto a baking sheet. Spread the dough evenly onto the paper with your hands, leaving the crusts a bit thicker. Use a fork to poke holes in the dough to prevent bubbling⁣
• Bake for 10 minutes, or until golden brown⁣

• In a small bowl, melt butter in a microwave. Add garlic and oregano and mix together⁣⁣
• Brush the garlic butter mixture all around the dough, including the crust⁣⁣
• Spread the ricotta cheese all around the dough⁣. Add the shredded mozzarella. Then spread tomato slices around the pizza. Do the same for the fresh mozzarella⁣ and basil leaves. ⁣
• Spoon some pesto Alla Genovese around your pizza. Season pizza with salt and pepper and a drizzle of olive oil⁣
• Add pizza back onto the parchment paper. Bake for 15 minutes⁣. Garnish with oregano and crushed red pepper.
