Pepper jack Chicken Casserole is one of our favorites. 
This Pepper jack casserole keto recipe is too delicious for words! I’m constantly discovering and am amazed at the wonderful flavors you can get from such simple things and a few simple ingredients.

How to make a Keto Pepper jack Chicken Casserole


  • 3 boneless chicken breasts⠀⠀
  • 10 slices of bacon⠀⠀
  • 1 pkg pepper jack cheese slices or shredded⠀⠀
  • 1 cup heavy cream⠀⠀
  • 1/2 cup sour cream⠀⠀
  • 1 bag of steamable cauliflower ( slightly chopped )⠀⠀
  • A liberal amount of (Flavorgod) Everything seasoning ⠀⠀
  • Salt and pepper to taste⠀⠀



Heat up your cast iron, Preheat oven to 400°⠀⠀
1) Cube up your chicken breasts and throw some (Flavorgod) Everything seasoning on them and mix em around with your hand, let sit while you cook your bacon.⠀⠀
2) After your bacon is done throw the chicken cubes in the same skillet after you save the bacon grease in your Mason jar for future frying. Add some more Everything Seasoning. Fry till browned up.⠀⠀
3) While your chicken is frying combine heavy cream, sour cream, more everything seasoning ( 1 tbsp ), salt, and pepper to taste. Whisk it up. Steam your cauliflower. Cut up your bacon.⠀⠀
4) When chicken is browned up, lay cheese over chicken, layer cauliflower over cheese, more pepper jack cheese on cauliflower, pour cream mixture over all.⠀⠀
5) Bake for 15 mins, top with cut up bacon throw it back in for a few mins, take out and let rest for 10 or 15 mins and enjoy.⠀⠀
