This recipe is very easy and tasty.

How to make a Keto-friendly Chocolate Brioche


  • 3 eggs ( room temperature)
  • Heaped 1/4 cup sweetener
  • 1/4 cup avocado oil
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk ( or milk with 1 tsp vinegar)
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp fast-acting yeast
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 3 oz ( ish) choc chips of your choice

 if you have lupin flour ( or miracle flour as it’s sometimes called) sub out 1/3 cup of the almond flour for it .. makes a great difference in flavor )


  1. Preheat your oven 350F
  2. Grease a cake ring ( looks like a donut )
  3. Simply mix all the wet ingredients together with a hand whisk, and then simply mix in the dry ingredients. Once fully combined, stir in the chocolate with a spoon.
  4. Add the batter evenly in the tin.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes, then cover with foil. Bake for another 5 minutes.
  6. Once it’s out of the oven, release the edges with a butter knife ( don’t use a sharp knife, you’ll scratch the tin )
  7. Leave to cool for 30 minutes, then place your cooling rack on top of the tin and turn it out. Then, with another cooling rack, place it gently on top of the brioche ( sandwiching it ) and flip it over the other way so that the better side is facing upward. Remove the top rack.
  8. Leave to completely cool.
  9. Serve and enjoy
