Incredible keto cookie dough fudge...my new fav dessert! You are definitely going to want to SAVE this recipe because these are so delicious and so easy to make. 
These delicious treats are also: gluten-free, refined sugar-free, paleo, and keto-friendly and store very well in the freezer.


How to make this easy Keto Cookie Dough Fudge


Ingredients


  • For the cookie dough:

  • 1 cup almond flour (Lovepbco )
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter (could also use cashew butter)
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/3 cup sugar-free choc chips (Lovepbco)


For the fudge layer:


  • 3/4 cup choc, melted (Vitawerx )
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter (could use cashew butter)
  • 1 tsp coconut oil


Instructions:

1. Combine all the ingredients for the cookie dough together and mix well. Scoop into silicone muffin liners, press down slightly, and freeze for 15 minutes
2. Microwave the fudge ingredients until just melted, mix well then pour over top the cookie dough layer. 
Freeze for 30 minutes.
