Delicious Indian Keto Crispy Thread Paneer Soft paneer cocooned in crispy noodles.
It’s nothing like anything I have tasted on Keto before and trust me, it can’t get any easier than this! Simply twirl seasoned noodles over marinated paneer, fry and crispy Appetiser are ready.
Let's talk about the flavors here - It’s MAGGI!! I used Maggiindia masala to marinate the paneer and Maggi seasoning sauce along with a dash of fish sauce and Maggi masala to season the noodles. Needless to say, it tasted BOMB!!!

Net carb per serving: 4 g (variable based on the type/brand of noodles you use)

INGREDIENTS

  • - 100 g Low Carb Noodles. I used 100% edamame noodles by Pinkharvestfarms It’s gluten-free and has about 4 g net carbs per 50 g.
  • - 500 g Paneer
  • - Oil for frying.

For marinating the Paneer:

Any marination of choice. I used Maggiindia masala-e-magic

For seasoning the noodles:

Any seasoning of choice. I used Maggi sauce + Maggi masala + dash of fish sauce (use mushroom powder, if vegetarian)

INSTRUCTIONS

- Place a pot of water for boiling.
- Cut the paneer lengthwise, about 1/2 inch in thickness, and marinate it.
- Par cook the noodles, drain and season it.
- Heat oil in a pan for frying.
- Generously twirl the noodles around the paneer and fry, a few at a time, till crispy. Drain it on an absorbent paper and serve hot with schezwan sauce.
