Ingredients:


  • 1/2cup shredded mozzarella 
  • 1/2cup shredded pepper jack
  • 1c grated Parmesan cheese
  • 100gr chopped meat (Optional)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4cup marinara
  • 10-15 pieces of pepperoni
  • Italian blast (Daksspices), a few shakes
  • S/P/ garlic powder.




Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375
Mix together all ingredients and divide mixture in half.

Press one half down on a Silpat or parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
Press mixture down to about 1/4inch thick and form a rectangle

Add sliced pepperoni on top
Spread marinara over the pepperoni

Place the second half of the mixture on a piece of parchment paper and flatten it to the same size as the first half.

Carefully place it on top of the pepperoni half.
Press the mixture down and make sure it’s covering all the sides and marinara.
Bake for 15 min. Let cool for 5min then slice and serve.
