No Carb Pepperoni Pizza Dippers


Delicious  No carb pepperoni pizza dippers! These were so good and so easy to make! Also love using mini pepperoni’s they make everything cute!



Ingredients

  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese 
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • pepperoni, (I used Hormel brand mini pepperoni)
  • seasoning of choice. 


I used a ton of granulated garlic powder, and this garlic lover’s seasoning that grinds dried garlic and herbs.


Instructions:

In a bowl scramble your egg add your cheese, and however much seasoning you want. 
Spread into a circle (like pizza dough) on a parchment-lined baking sheet, sprinkle with more seasoning and top with pepperoni, bake at 350 for 10-25 minutes depending on your oven, or until browned, I broiled mine for a minute or so before taking it out! 

Then I sprinkled some dried chili flakes and dried parsley for flair...This was so good! I was worried about it being eggy but it’s not! 
The egg just acts as a binder keeping the cheeses together.
