How to make  Chocolate Lava Cake Recipe

Serve 1

Ingredients

  • 8oz butter ( straight from the fridge )
  • 1/4 cup allulose ( sweetener of choice )
  • 1 tbsp lupin flour ( or your flour of choice, almond flour can be so heavy, BUT, the recipe calls for such a small amount, you can use any flour lupin flour is sometimes called miracle flour )
  • 5 oz 78 % chocolate ( good quality chocolate)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 egg yolks

Instructions

Preheat oven 450F
Melt the chocolate and butter in the microwave on level 6 for 1 minute. Stir, then another 40 seconds.
Stir gently and add the salt.
In a large bowl whisk the eggs and sweetener together until frothy. Add the flour.
Then add the chocolate mixture and egg mix together and whisk well. I used an electric hand whisk.
Divide the mixture between 6 ramekins. ( smear the ramekins generously with butter first )

Bake for...
7 minutes for a very gooey center
8 minutes for a little gooey center

Serve immediately as they will continue to cook and firm up in the middle
