- 1 ½ cups (150g) blanched almond flour
- ⅓ cup (65g) powdered erythritol or any powdered sweetener of choice
- ¼ teaspoon (1g) salt
- 8 ounces (225g) mascarpone cheese or cream cheese
- 3 tablespoons (45mL) heavy whipping cream
- 3 tablespoons (38g) powdered erythritol
- 1 teaspoon (4mL) vanilla extract
- 3 ounces (60g) sugar-free chocolate
- ¼ cup (25g) unsweetened cocoa powder
