Keto Low Carb “Oreo” Cake far exceeded my expectations and it is absolutely amazing! This is probably the easiest and tastiest cake that I have recently made, a recipe that you can prepare for your loved ones anytime and we can bet, it will be loved by all!

Keto “Oreo” Cake is the perfect birthday or celebration cake.
Be sure to write down the recipe - it will come in handy more than once.



INGREDIENTS:
  • Sponge cake with a diameter of 18cm:
  • - 5 eggs
  • - 75g coconut flour
  • -100g coconut oil (dissolved)
  • - 25-30g of black cocoa
  • - erythritol to taste - or Skinny drops, Chocolate Heaven if you don't like erythritol
  • - 50ml of cold water
  • - a teaspoon of baking powder 
Bake at 160 degrees for 20-25 minutes.



Cream:

  • - 200ml of cream 36%
  • - 200g mascarpone
  • - erythritol and cream aroma or, for me, Skinny drops with a white chocolate flavor



INSTRUCTIONS:

After the sponge cake has cooled down, cut it into 2 parts. Spread thickly with cream, cover with biscuit, cream, and decorate. In my case, the crumbled dough was placed on top, and I cut it off while leveling the biscuits.
