This keto rye bread chaffles recipe is a delicious cheese waffle. It’s a quick and easy low-carb bread that goes perfectly with corned beef, Russian dressing, corned beef, and more.

Makes 4 chaffles, 1 serving = 2 chaffles 
About 2 net carbs per serving 

RYE BREAD CHAFFLES INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Tablespoons almond flour (or 1 Tablespoon coconut flour) 
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder 
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt 
  • Garlic and onion powder to taste (optional) 
  • 2 eggs 
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 
  • 2 teaspoons caraway seed 
  • Shredded swiss cheese 


INSTRUCTIONS:

Combine flour, baking powder, salt, garlic, and onion powder.
 Add to a blender with eggs and cheese, blend until smooth. 
Stir in caraway seed. 

Preheat waffle iron and sprinkle lightly with shredded Swiss cheese. Add 2 Tablespoons butter and sprinkle additional Swiss cheese on top. Close lid and cook until done. 

Repeat the process to make four Chaffles. Cool on a wire rack. 


RUSSIAN DRESSING 

Serving size: 2 Tablespoons, 1 carb per serving 

3 Tablespoons mayonnaise 
2 Tablespoons sugar-free ketchup 
1 Tablespoon dill pickle relish 
Mix ingredients until smooth.
