You already know the Vienna Rose Doughnuts 
 recipe, but grab some more:

Ingredients:

  • 245ml water
  • 60g butter
  • 2-3 tbsp erythritol or as in my case - Bolero honey-flavored - half a packet approx.
  • 30g grated mozzarella


The above ingredients land in a saucepan, bring to a boil. 
The turn for the dry ingredients:
  • 70g almond flour
  • 30g coconut flour
  • A spoonful of plantain husks
  • Cubic teaspoon guar gum
  • Pinch of salt


Pour the dry ingredients into the prepared hot mixture. Combine ingredients until a steamed dough forms - such a ball.

When the dough has cooled add:
  • 2 eggs

Instructions:

Mix the dough vigorously until it forms a homogeneous dough, which you put into a sugar cookie jar with a large star and squeeze in the form of a spiral onto the baking paper. 

Earlier I cut out circles from the baking paper.
I put the dough on the pan together with the paper circle (so that the paper landed on top). After a while, we remove the paper and fry. It is really very easy.
We fry them in lard on 3/4 power of burner - we want to fry them beautifully and not burn them and we want the center not to remain raw. Keep an eye on the temperature if you make thicker roses, you can bake them in the oven for about 8 minutes at 120 degrees. So that the center will rise.
