Beef & Alfredo?! Ya, I know, not typical. But! Let me tell you when I started cooking this I wasn’t sure what it will turn out to be but then I started adding garlic, cream, Parmesan, cream cheese & mozzarella cheese and it turned out absolutely delicious!! It was so good I definitely remade this 3x since.

 There are no rules in cooking

I used cutdacarb to layer the cheese and beef mixture then baked it off in the easy & so good!

* 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
* 1 small yellow onion, diced
* 3 garlic cloves, pressed
* 1 bell pepper sliced thin (optional)
* 1 cup mushrooms, sliced (optional)
* 1 tbs butter
* 3 tbs cream cheese (optional, but makes it so much creamier and tastier)
* 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan (if skipping cream cheese, make this 1/2 cup)
* Salt and pepper to taste
* 1 tsp onion powder
* 1 tsp garlic powder
* 1/4 cup heavy cream
* 4 @cutdacarb sheets
* Mozzarella cheese for layers and to top (~ 2 to 3cups)
* Parsley

* Heat pan with olive oil. Add onions and beef to brown. Season with salt and pepper. Add in pepper and mushrooms. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper. Add pressed garlic. Stir and let simmer.

* In a bowl, mix butter, Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, onion, and garlic powder. Add to the beef mixture and stir. Add heavy cream. Let simmer.

* in the oven-safe dish, lay one sheet of cut the carb. Add mozzarella cheese and layer your ground beef mixture add more cheese and add another sheet of cutdacarb.
Repeat for two more layers. Top with your last cut the carb sheet, add onto Rella cheese, sprinkle some pepper and bake at 350°F for about 20 to 25 minutes.

*Broil the top until the cheese is bubbly.
Top with parsley, cut, and serve!
